With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare operations, practice management, patient communication, and business development, Amber Fraser has built a reputation for helping dental practices transform potential into performance.

A graduate of Laurentian University’s Bachelor of Social Work program, Amber combines a deep understanding of human behavior, patient relationships, and team dynamics with extensive hands-on experience leading successful dental organizations. Her unique background allows her to bridge the gap between exceptional patient care and sustainable business growth.

Throughout her career, Amber has held leadership positions in dental, medical, and healthcare settings, managing teams, optimizing workflows, improving patient experiences, and implementing systems that drive measurable results. Most notably, she spent over a decade leading operations for Dr. Jeremy Kurtz, where she played a pivotal role in growing the practice into one of North America’s top Invisalign providers.

During her tenure, Amber personally conducted and closed more than 5,000 Invisalign consultations while developing consultation frameworks, treatment coordinator systems, patient follow-up protocols, and financial presentation strategies that consistently exceeded growth goals. Through strategic workflow design, team training, and accountability systems, she helped increase Invisalign productivity by more than 425%.

Today, Amber works with dental practices across North America as a consultant, speaker, and educator, helping doctors and teams implement practical systems that improve case acceptance, strengthen patient communication, optimize operations, and create sustainable growth. She has served as a guest speaker for the American Academy of Clear Aligners and has collaborated with Align Technology on study clubs, team training, and educational programs focused on Invisalign integration, financial conversations, and practice growth.

As a Manager overseeing multiple dental practices and a trusted advisor to doctors and teams, Amber understands firsthand the challenges practices face when trying to balance patient care, team performance, operational efficiency, and growth.
